What does this PR do?

It fixes the UI on the dashboard

What issues does this PR fix or reference?

it resolves #6973

How to test this PR?

  1. remove any dependency so that the requirements check fails and try to install podman

@ekidneyrh not sure if you have some mockup for this. I just fixed the positioning for the moment
