Broken secure storage notification at each restart of Podman Desktop #8527

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe

If the secure storage file is invalid, the file is backuped and a notification is displayed and the context is started from empty. But the secure storage file is kept as it is and if noone is using secure storage then next time Podman Desktop is restarted the same notification is displayed

The file should also be reset to empty

Unsure what "area" to put this in, so I put it in area/settings.
