podman is working but podman-desktop fails

Bug description

podman desktop can't connect to podman with Error while pulling image from Podman Machine: no running provider for the matching container error.

It can purge/create new machine though

I was trying to remove podman achine, reinstalle podman / podman desktop but nothing helped

after a while it just says Error

@ikovalyov Can you please try to restart the podman machine as a workaround?

sorry, not sure what happened but after multiple service/podman recreations it works currently
