Podman machine connection is unstable #8681

Bug description

This sometimes happens with development and production builds (1.13.0-next)

We see a flickering "No Podman machine is running" warning in AI Lab Console is flooded with event errors, ENOENT \.\pipe\podman-machine-default

Using a terminal to interact with the podman machine seems to work fine, we are able to ssh inside.

I have sometimes a system notification but then it comes back and I guess it's very difficult to reproduce
