removing 3.19, 3.20, 3.21 and 3.22 checks

Removing 3.19, 3.20 , 3.21 and 3.22 checks. These checks are looking for some unused directories:

• /etc/default/podman
• /etc/sysconfig/podman
• /etc/podman

The PR will fix issue #3
