kubic project no longer supports ubuntu 20.04 #590

Remove misleading guidance, kubic has dropped support for ubuntu 20.04 and the files are no longer available.

@lsm5 PTAL The changes look reasonable to me, but I'm not sure of the current Kubic support. Regardless, @lod, thanks for putting the PR together.

@lod there are packages for 22.04 on the kubic-unstable repo. So, I'd be happy to review another PR which makes that distinction clear instead of deleting the entire thing.
