Error:

fedora setroubleshoot[1586]: SELinux is preventing init from read access on the file /usr/lib/systemd/libsystemd-shared-250.so.

                                             ***** Plugin restorecon (54.2 confidence) suggests ************************

If you want to fix the label.
/usr/lib/systemd/libsystemd-shared-250.so default label should be lib_t.
Then you can run restorecon. The access attempt may have been stopped due to insufficient permissions to access a parent directory in which case try to change the following command accordingly.
                                             Do
                                             # /sbin/restorecon -v /usr/lib/systemd/libsystemd-shared-250.so

This is caused by a newly created file system.
Then you need to add labels to it.
                                             Do
                                             /sbin/restorecon -R -v /usr/lib/systemd/libsystemd-shared-250.so

Then you need to fully relabel.

If you believe that init should be allowed read access on the libsystemd-shared-250.so file by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
                                             Do
allow this access for now by executing:
