podman machine can be created with arbitrary big memory

Issue Description

Due to a typo on my end, I created a podman machine with way more memory than available on my machine. The creation was fine and both podman and podman-desktop report ... ~268GB of Memory... (my system "only" has 128GB).

^^^ this is where I made a typo, I intended 25600 and not 256000
