Document setup instructions for applehv pre-release testing with Docker Desktop and Testcontainers #21379

Feature request description

Currently instructions on how the get Podman Desktop 1.7.0 on Mac to work with applehv are spread over a number of issues and discussions, with information on using it as a drop-in replacement for docker in combination with docker-compose and Testcontainers being even more sparse.

In order to be able to test it, it would be very helpful to have them in one place.
