podman machine ssh ignore machine name on Windows/HyperV

Issue Description

Running podman machine ssh machine_name gives an error message

Error: vm podman-machine-default not found: podman-machine-default: VM does not exist

Additional information like issue happens only occasionally or issue happens with a particular architecture or on a particular setting

I'm not able to reproduce this with main or 5.1.1. There must be a detail we are missing to trigger the failure. I also created the podman-machine-default machine for WSL. In the meanwhile, adding a --log-level=debug might trigger a clue.
