I think we should make quadlet more front and center in Podman as well. Add some of the content from the README.md to podman's README.md Along with adding tutorials. As we prepare to launch it in podman 4.4.

We should add a quadlet man page, as well as reference it from podman man page and podman systemd genererate man pages.
