All docker image tags were removed from quay.io/skopeo/stable #2097

Hi, we were surprised to see today that all tags (including 'latest') were deleted for the image at quay.io/skopeo/stable. Was this intentional, and if so, any guidance on where to pull the image now? Thanks, Andrew
