Replace copy/paste strings referencing container engines with constants for reuse. These constants live under parse.

@wrabcak huh, seems CI is failing, and it seems unrelated. Are there efforts on fixing this?

@cevich, can you help us with CI? Maybe we can replace Fedora-30 with Fedora-32.
