[x] Need to test within context of virtc and a forked vhost-user CNI driver
[x] Need to introduce update to vhost-user CNM driver
[ ] Introduce changes for supporting generic vhost-user handling (for SCSI devices). Currently just have device interface implemented for vhostuser device type.
[x] Wait for latest vendor pull for Ciao's QEMU (and then drop hacked vendored changes patch)
