Updating Certificates from alpine 3.8 image #36

This PR comes from this comment made after merging #35 : https://github.com/containous/traefik-library-image/pull/35#discussion_r208463206

It introduces the following changes:

Images used for Træfik's alpine declination and certificates are in synch now. Both are using Alpine 3.8 as for today.
Ran the command bash ./update.sh 1.7.0-rc3 to ensure the committed certificates are up-to-date. Ran this command twice to ensure idempotency.
