Renovate does not bump the Charts version when an application update is available.

postUpgradeTasks can only be used with self-hosted Renovate, so the given workarounds don't apply to us, either.

Seems like this is blocked until the linked issues get resolved. Downgrading to low priority since there is nothing we can do right now (besides subscribing to the issues for updates).
