@kikmedia asked if suhosin is realy bad for composer?! We give it a try and check it out.

I don't think so, syncCto has no more problems with this s***t.

What were the original issues?

If no one remembers, drop the conflict.

suhosin prevent user from using phars as default

But it's the Phar setting, not Suhosin. Checking for Suhosin only doesn't prevent that the using of Phar archives is misconfigured. Probably one will have to do a feature check.
