Contao Version >= Contao 3.2 #1

Did we really need Contao 3.2.x as min version ?

Hopefully not, but I think currently it is just only implemented for Contao 3.2.

Feel free to create complementary branches for other core versions. I did not have the time yet.

I also backported everything we have to 2.11 now. As these are the only LTS Versions we have, I will only keep thos updated for now.

When LTS 2.11 stops, we will phase out support for new events in there finally.

We need to add new branches for 3.3 etc when the time comes but I consider this ticket resolved for now.
