Make MATE compatibel to Contao 4.13 #95

Hi,

having an issue trying to upgrade from Contao 4.12 to 4.13.

Conflict: bootstrap requires symfony/dymfony/depependency-injection: ^3.4.26 || ^4.1.12; contao/calendar-bundle 4.13.0 requires symfony/dependency-injection ^5.4. Commented on issue at bootstrap for contao grid also

MATE requires contao-bootstrap/grid: ^2.1 (which may be could be changed to the actual version of bootstrap)

Kindly asking for an update of requirements. Thanks a lot, best regards, ernst

Mit Version 2.18.0 sollte es nun keine Probleme mehr geben.
