I've found many unknown options just doing a QA and mass editing everything that I could find.
I'll do a separate PR for 5.3.x

I'm unsure if these should still be part of the demo but since they've been out already and it's a nice easter egg to an earlier demo (music-academy), it would be cool to keep it :)
