Minify markup is not enabled #42

In the database dump of the Official Demo tl_layout.minifyMarkup is not enabled in the layouts. Imho this should be enabled so that the Official Demo reflects Contao's features. It never makes sense to not enable it anyway, as minifying is not applied in the debug mode.
