It would be a nice new function, that all contao admin users would automatically be contao manager users too. So the link to the manager in the Contao backend would work for all admin users with the same login/password.

Those applications are compeletely separate. If you manage to crash Contao, you can still recover it using the Manager. That's the whole point of having a separate software. That's why this is not going to happen :)
