After installation 4.9 no contao/install or contao/backend available #617

Access to backend or install is not available. The folder contao is not created on the server.

There is no contao folder in Contao 4. Your problem is most likely that you use Nginx and not Apache, therefore the .htaccess rewrite does not work automatically.
