Initial run -> no way of selecting "server configuration" #714

Contao Manager v1.6.0

When running the Contao Manager (use case: fresh installation) the "Systemprüfungs"-screen is immediately followed by the "Welcome"-screen with no chance to enter the "system configuration"-dialog.

This leads to the fact that every initial installation of Contao is run with the "Composer Resolver Cloud" (which some people may not want to).

I don't know if this is a bug or the intended behaviour.

That's true 🤔 The idea was to switch to the welcome panel automatically since that would be the most useful if no Contao was installed. But I agree that would not allow to disable the cloud, which might be desired …
