Edit multiple after copying multiple #4723

I have a suggestion for a new button in the form-generator.

With a "duplicate / edit"-button the workflow of big forms with similar sections could be improved considerably. After selecting the form-fields and inserting them at the desired location the user would automatically be directed to the page where he can select which fields of the form-fields should be edited.

Please elaborate, I don't really know what you mean.

When you choose the option to edit multiple form-fields you currently have 5 buttons at the bottom: Delete, Cut, Copy, Override, Edit. I suggest one more called Copy&Edit or something like that. After clicking this button you can choose where the copied fields should be placed in form and right afterwards what you want to edit from them. This saves many clicks when you copy substantial parts of forms.

But you cannot edit multiple fields at once, can you? Or are you suggesting to switch to the "edit multiple" view after copying?
