Element type "table" doesn't work #5575

The duplicate rows and columns are deleted when the table is saved.

I have the same problem in the latest develop branch. Please see the images i added for you. No other extensions are installed.

It looks like number of rows or columns can't be changed once table content element has saved; newly created table can be have specified number of rows and columns.
