CE Gallery: Missing tooltips #6031

Apparently, the title attributes are sometimes missing for the preview elements of a gallery (back end), so consequently no tooltip is displayed.

How to reproduce:

Open the article "Impressions" from the "Music Academy" demo web site
Edit the "Gallery" content element
Use the "Change selection" button to add a few new images from the source file picker (in addition to the already existing four)
Save the CE record (facultative)
Inspect the source code and compare the generated <img> elements and the title attributes, respectively

A question I have asked several times ... unfortunately remained unanswered each time...

Why Contao uses a "simple" element type to manage photos / videos galleries?
Why are there no dedicated module - default - (like "Form Generator", "News", ...)? This would centralize photos / videos in a single module.

Currently, when you want to add photos / videos on a site... everything is scattered. Clearly, we must edit all pages using the element type gallery. It's very complicated and you lose a lot of time. If everything was centralized, everything would be from the gallery module : edit easily and quickly.

Missing tooltips are the case if the single file is selected. Tooltips only appear if a folder but NOT the single file is selected.
