I would be helpful to rewrite this tutorial to make it compatible with Contao 4.

That tutorial was actually for Contao 2.x and is very much outdated. It's just kept for reference because a lot of the information still applies. And it still does for Contao 4. I've asked @qzminski before and he didn't want to update the tutorial…
