add eval option for fields: isAssociative #500

I could not find any documentation of the eval option isAssociative. This PR is a start.

Thanks for your PR! The current documentation is not really maintained anymore, but I'm sure @fritzmg can merge/copy this to the new documentation that's just around the corner 😎
