Remove twinkle animation (performance issue) #1316

Removing the twinkle animation from the dark-mode-toggle as it's not needed. I could reproduce the issue.

Die Sterne-Animation im Dark-Mode Toggle führt bei mir zu Performance Problemen (Chrome 121). Die CPU usage (Dev Tools: Performance monitor) ist nach ca. 10 Sekunden auf 99% und bleibt dort stehen. Als Resultat laggt die Seite und jedes scrollen natürlich sehr. Hat noch jemand das Problem?

The star animation when switching to dark mode leads to performance problems for me (Chrome 121). The CPU utilization (Dev Tools: Performance monitor) is at 99% after approx. 10 seconds and stays there. As a result, the page and every scroll is naturally very delayed. Does anyone else have this problem?
