Mention on download-page, that the document root has to be /web #103

On this page we find a very short hint how to install Contao, which might prevent people to read the relevant part of the documentation, thinking this is a complete instalation guide. In this case, their test installation may fail because of a wrong document root, Which will probably result in another user who was interested in Contao, but resigned after the installation failed. Let's try the next CMS... So we should either mention the document root thing there or at least add a link to the installation part of the documentation. Or both, of course.
