Improve youtube splash image design #142

scroll through this official Contao announcement of the new splash image feature and view the page from the perspective of a regular visitor -- how quickly and intuitively can you spot the embedded video on this page: contao.org/de/news/contao_4-8-0.html In Germany we call it "Armutszeugnis" :-)

I think we should make the slpash image the same size as the video and add a play button to the splash image.

The text isn't accessible either. And it can't be changed (easily), e.g. for legal reasons. So I'd go for an overlay.
