Show feature freeze in release plan #147

I am once again surprised by how little time I have left to implement a new feature for the next version 😂

Maybe we can show the time we only review and finalize features in the release plan in a different shade of green (and show the date, too) ?

Not sure if this is needed. It is only the last 14 days before the RC phase. And because reviewing and merging takes some time it should probably be expected that new feature-PRs need to be opened at least a few days in advance.

You are right that this might not be the right place. However, I think we should write the requirements done somewhere. Maybe it is better suited to add it to the README.md?
