Issue with meta description of download page #60

The Meta Description of the download page says:

<meta name="description" content="Hier können Sie die Contao Core-Distribution herunterladen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Contao mindestens PHP 5.3 benötigt!">

However, Contao 3.5 requires at least PHP 5.4.
