I originally challenged this term with the question:
How is this different from 'content governance' (which is a LoCS term)?
I think the answer may be that 'digital governance' is a level higher with a wider scope than just content governance. And because this is not an LoCS term, it probably warrants inclusion instead of 'content governance', and the definition can be used to bridge the two levels of focus.
On the other hand, are we getting out of scope here, considering this is a "UX Content Glossary"?
