Migrated to Gatsby 3 #169

Hi! I saw this starter was still on a fairly old version of Gatsby, so I thought I'd offer a PR to get it to Gatsby 3. Notable changes:

I've confirmed this runs on Gatsby Cloud. Thanks in advance for the review!

I just noticed that a colleague of mine opened a superior PR! https://github.com/contentful/starter-gatsby-blog/pull/168 - we can disregard my PR in favor of @fk 's !
