Fix - Revert dependency upgrades to resolve Netlify customer support issue #9239

https://github.com/contentful/apps/pull/9185 Effectively this PR reverts the linked PR, but changes in between from dependabot meant I couldn't auto revert. The PR timing aligns with customer reported issues of build's faililng to trigger automatically through publish events https://contentful.atlassian.net/browse/ZEND-5622 https://contentful.atlassian.net/browse/ZEND-5662

I have been testing locally trying to get some confidence that reverting this fixes, but I don't know that our Netlify accounts are set up correctly for the auto build triggers. Seems safe to just revert and see if it fixes the issue
