refactor: use EntityStore from visual-sdk [SPA-1251] #62

Use the EntityStore from @contentful/visual-sdk, to get a first insight how it could be used for experience-builder. It's part of the live preview monorepo

Rebased it today, to resolve the merge conflicts. Still needs to be tested with the demo project

@SofiaMargariti thanks for pointing it out. Yeah, I will merge my PR first. It's getting quite challenging to rebase it every time + changes here they make a step back in terms of hooks and changes in #109
