Cloudinary extension only installs in Master #164

I have a Contentful space with two environments - Master and demo. When I install the Cloudinary extension it is only visible in Master. I have to choose the demo environment and then do another manual install, via Github, to have it appear in demo.

My understanding was that when you install a UI extension into a Space all environments had access to that extension.

@skikirkwood Thanks for the question! We're working on improving installation experience. It won't be installed to all environments, but you'll be able to select environment before installation happens.
