fix: bumping docx plate deserializer [TOL-1849] #1611

Originally we thought we could do this as a follow up however when trying to bump rich text in the web app it caused issues having multiple versions of @udecode/plate-common which internally has different versions of jotai

Overriding part of plates implementation as it breaks paragraphs pasting for docx
