Allow for push / pull of just selected layers #48

Currently, all pushes / pulls are of the complete document.

This is to allow for pushing / pulling of just the selected page / layers.

This has been incorporated as of version 3.0.0.

Full Sync

When no layers are selected, push/pull will sync all layers in the whole design file. The icons look like this: screen shot 2017-07-05 at 2 30 49 pm

Selected Layer Sync

When layers are selected, only the selected layers will be synced. The icons look like this: screen shot 2017-07-05 at 2 30 58 pm
