We saw a problem while setting a layer definition for a layer @matthiasstein .
We used the query builder tool in advance for a simple query with geometry restriction. After that all results and the tool were closed. Everything fine so far. Then we opened the tool for a layer definition for the same layer we used the simple query before. Results were not found. The dev console of the browser showed the problem. The geometry from former query was used again which is not wanted.

So it's a little bug I think.
