Prepare initial release on crates.io #27

Improve documentation (including README.md)
Generate and checkin full set of bindings
Update Cargo.toml metadata
Change licensing to dual license MIT and Apache

@contextfree I'd like to publish version 0.1.0 on crates.io now. Is there anything that speaks against this? I included your name in the Cargo metadata, and I also changed the license to dual MIT/Apache.

If you think it's ready, go ahead. TBH, you've done 100% of the work so far so I'm not sure my name should even be in the metadata.
