Opening heatmap.ipynb leads to the following:

There is no error in the server log, and this notebook has never been updated since it was originally added in 7a38e4f55f3387f5e53d99386f50331babad6312.

@ian-contiamo any insight here? Do you think we should just delete this notebook?
