Copy cassette files to CI #26

In CI, the tests hit a real server. This is not ideal since the tests are not fully deterministic, as they rely on some external service. Should we copy the cassette files to the CI env instead? If so, we get deterministic tests, but we'd have to manually update the cassettes every time the source code and/or tests change.
