Cooja Mote Mobility via Contiki Process #2689

I noticed that the existing cooja mobility plugin needs an external positions.dat file which limits the applications by asking them to fix the trajectory of the motes before the simulation starts. Can we have a more dynamic way to change the mote position, during the simulation itself so that the decisions to change positions is made on the run?

I think I can explore Cooja code to solve this issue. Can I be assigned to this Issue?
