Accessibility improvements #11

Attached is a csv report of accessibility issues as reported by pa11y. Despite the line count, It doesn't appear to be anything major. It is repetitive due to repetition on a few components.

Merged #12 and added another commit knocking out some of the other low-hanging fruit. I want to give more attention to a11y shortcomings and investigate where the app still exhibits room for learning/improvement, but I'm going to move this to the backlog for the short term.
