[Feature]: Suggestion. GIF color depth #21

Expected behavior

Make a color depth dropbox in UI with some good number as default (because by default result GIF will have 256 color palette size). Here is parameter doc https://imageio.readthedocs.io/en/v2.9.0/format_gif-pil.html#gif-pil

What's is the enumeration of GIF colors fixed values - topic for further googling

It's technically possible, but better to output another format like webp.
