Relevant environment info

- OS: MacOS
- Continue: Latest (Pre-release)
- IDE: VS Code

Description

I see no results when I type @code

To reproduce

Open VS Code with a project
Make sure you have code listed in context providers
Try typing @code and see that there are no results showing up

Log output

No response

Are there any updates or instructions? Either @Files or @Folder can be used normally, but @Code does not have any content output
