removing contiv/ container images from installer script #135

contiv/web image == 675 MB contiv/redis image == 200MB.

Removing them from installer so installer wont error out when flaky network connection with hub.docker.com.

contiv/web is 700 MB image. We dont our installer to get blocked because of slow network connections.

@jojimt Can you please take a look ?
